Available now, GE employees and their families have free access to more than 4,000 expert-led, on-demand videos through Grokker making it easy and fun to meet your goals—whether they are related to fitness, nutrition, sleep, mental health or financial well-being.

Notice: As of January 1, 2021, the U.S. Fitness Center Reimbursement benefit, currently available only to employees not assigned to a worksite with a GE fitness center, will no longer be offered.
